There are basically two auto-fills on iPhone
- Passwords through Keychain
- Personal Information and Card Details
- Passwords through Keychain
Settings > Password & Accounts > Auto Fill Passwords (See the Pic Blow)

Settings > Safari > AutoFill (See the Pic Below)
