Leaving iPhone in the sun for too long?

Hi, I’m a bit concerned since I left my iphone with a friend earlier and he was standing in the sun for around 30 mins ( no idea why tbh ) now if I were to be in a much more colder place this wouldn’t concern me, but that’s not the case because I’m living in a country where it’s usually 30 - 40 Celsius at most. Will this sort of melt any components inside the phone ? Thanks in advance, yes I’m very paranoid...
