I'm using iTunes 12.9.2.6. Although all my music is in iTunes, when I try to sync to my iPod classic it won't update my playlists -- all the music is there but the playlists only have one or two songs on them. Can anyone help me get my complete playlists from my computer to my iPod?

The classic cannot take anything that is in the cloud, comes from an Apple Music subscription, isn't found at the expected location on the hard drive (shows an exclamation mark) and unchecked tracks are usually excluded from syncing. Very high bitrate songs may also be excluded.

I appreciate your answer, but I do have all of my music on my iPod, it's just the playlists that won't copy. Isn't there any way to get my playlists to work?
