How do you “accept” a challenge? My SIL sent me one and I don’t know how to accept. I then figured out how to send her one but she can’t accept either! Help!

First, make sure that your Apple Watch is updated to the latest watchOS 5 version.
Then, as I mentioned before, if you recieced a competition request it will be shown as “1” badge on your account icon in the “Sharing” tab. The number depends on the quantity of requests you have.
Head to the Activity app and Accept challenge there.
That doesn’t help. Head to the activity app and then what?
How do you “accept” a challenge? My sister in law challenged me and I don’t know how! I challenged her and she doesn’t know how to accept either?
