iPad IOS 9.3.5 Picture frame / digital photo frame (app)?

I'd like to use my older iPad to cycle trough pictures of our recently dead dog. I was disappointed to find that my iPad is too new for the picture frame built-in feature that was removed a few IOS' ago, and too old for Netflix. Sigh. Does anyone know of a way to get a group of pictures to cycle continuously with the version I have, some app I imagine? Tried a few but they are all requiring newer IOS than I have of full of adds to the point of being useless.
