I am frustrated with this iPad Air. It keeps going on and off and not charging past 1%. I do have the required 10W charging block and a new lightning cord. The port is clean but it won’t charge. I have tried multiple cords as well. It doesn’t register in iTunes so I don’t know what that means. What can i do?
