Chapters on the IOS tv App

Am I doing something daft or are chapters just not available on IOS devices?

Seems crazy that on my iMac I can play videos and skip back and forth through a chapter list when playing a video file through iTunes. Yet this very same functionality is missing on my iPad, which to be honest seems like very basic and essential functionality for a content device.
