When I try to use Group FaceTime, the FaceTime button is faded and when I join a Group FaceTime conversation, it says I am on FaceTime audio. I also tried to create a new call and I pressed FaceTime video, but again, it went to FaceTime audio. Please help.
Everyone on a Group FaceTime call must have iOS 12.1.4 or later.
Further, you have not told us what model iPhone you have. You need an iPhone 6S or later to do Group FaceTime video.
