Jio esim not able to send messages Iphone

I am also facing the same issue with Jio esim. I am unable to send or receive text messages.

The jio esim also has issues with incoming calls. I was on call with Jio care for a good 20 mins.

The executive worked really hard to resolve the issue over phone. He asked me to reset message center service number but it didn't help. It takes a good 4 hours and the messaging system starts working again.

I also have an airtel esim on the same device and don't have any issues with it. The problem starts when I switch off Jio esim line and switch it back again. The messages dont go out nor do I get any. I am also having issue with call connection. when I receive calls on my jio esim and when I answer the call, its getting disconnected.

I informed about the whole issue to Jio customer care and they forwarded the issue to Jio technical team. Lets see if they will be of some help.

If they are not, I already have my UPC (Unique porting code) ready will use it and port the number to airtel.

Since that is a carrier service, contact Jio support team and explain your problem.

They should be able to help you.
