How can I remove an mdm profile from my iPad tablet?

Okay so on my iPad /apple tablet there’s a mdm profile which stands for mobile device management, or you can call it a profile or service , anyway it’s an enrollment profile it manages my apps, has restrictions , policy’s, web content filters, and certificates. It’s certificate is called light speed rocket. One thing I hate about it is if I download an app or game, I cannot delete that app or game due to the mdm profile/trusted root certificate/trust store version. I’ve searched the web for answers on how to remove or delete it but it says *go to settings ,tap on general, scroll down to device management and tap delete, but that’s where my problem comes in when I do that there is no delete button.
