Return or exchange
Hi İ bought a İ phone 7 on 16 th Jan but ı never use it. İ just opened the box . Now ı dont want it May İ return or exchange it with xs. My next visit on April, is it possible until this date.

In order to return a new iPhone you needed to do it within 14 days from date of purchase.
Now you can trade in with Apple (simulate the trade-in using the following link):

or
You can try and sell it by yourself, and add the money needed to buy a new different model.
