I am still paying for apple care on my iphone 6s, purchased 12/26/2018, does it still qualify for repairs?

In the U.S. it would be covered under the 1 year warranty and while AppleCare is in effect. You can check the coverage via Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
