Siri seems to have a mind of her own. She responds intermittently on my Series4watch. I become very frustrated because I need her to respond in the event that I fall.

Any suggestions?

Do you have raise to speak on? As evertime you raise your Watch and speak Siri will talk. Check settings > general >Siri > raise to speak off If that is off reset your Watch. Press the crown and side button in until the Apple logo appears. If still not working unpair and repair your Watch. If still issues call Apple support or make an appointment with your local Apple Store
