Hi, I need to reset my watch because I forgot the passcode and they are not paired to the iphone anymore. But when I press the side button (doesnt matter for how long/shor I hold it) I never get Power Off slider screen. Watch will just turn off and on and then asking me for the passcode again...

Actually I just found it... I kept the watch on the charger, then restarted the watch and while starting kept the off button pressed... then the famous screen popped up!

Sorry we are going around in circles. If you can call Apple support or visit your local Apple Store and they can resolve it.
Is there really no way you can help me with this? I bought this watch yesterday and it’s not that easy for me to go to the apple store. When I press the off button after 10 seconds the Apple logo briefly appears and then the watch goes off. Why don’t I see the sliders?
Do you see the screen on your watch? Press the side button. When you see the above on your watch. Start on the left, by touching the power off on the screen with your finger and while still touching the screen push down and move your finger to the right without letting go until reach the end of the Watch screen and lift your finger off
Thanks but unfortunately that doesn’t work. I never received the “erase all” slider. The watch just powers off.
Hello, there is no slider at all. If I push the side button the watch just shutdown. No sliders, nothing. When I restart I receive the enter your passcode screen again.

No, no buttons and/or sliders at all. The watch just shuts down.
So where it says power off push down on it and slide it to the right. Look at the picture above.
I don’t think I express myself clearly... there is no Power Off button for me to push.. the watch immediately goes black and shutdown.

There is no erase all slider as such. It is the power slider. Here are the steps.
