Runtastic Road Bike won’t sync to Health App

I want to track my cycling data in the Health App, but the Road Bike app I use isn’t listed as an available data source, even though it was recommended through apple Health. The Health app actually recommended the Road Bike app, which I began using this past summer. I want to be able to sync data (both past and future) from Road Bike to Health, which I would expect to work since Health recommended the Road Bike app. However, Road Bike does not appear as a data source on the Partner Accounts page. There doesn’t appear to be any way to sync my cycling data to the Health app. Road Bike says that Health should appear on the "Partner Accounts" page, but it does not. How do I get these apps to communicate with each other? I don’t want to have to manually input my cycling data from Road Bike into apple Health each time I go for a bike ride. please help!
