Charged twice for the same subscription, wont allow refund

So i got charged for 2 Hulu subscriptions because somehow they were not linked when i bought it on my ipad and tried to viw it on my tv. But now it wont allow me to get a refund for 1 subscription and now i have 2 subscriptions for no reason.


When i send a ticket for a refund to apple it comes back immediately before even going to apple and says “We've determined that your purchase doesn't meet the conditions for a refund.”


This is what i sent to apple: “Hi, i renewed my subscription for Hulu on my ipad via my apple account. I then went on my tv to watch hulu as it would not log me in and then went to restore purchase, it then asked me to resubscribe and i thought that was linked to my the subscription i just bought on my ipad. But then it charges me again for another Hulu subscription and i dont know why it did this as it should be linked. I would like to please be refunded for 1 of the 2 subscriptions. Preferably the one i did on my ipad as the one on the tv works. Thank you!”
