I have a iPad Pro generation 6 with a mdm that I can't erase any ideas on how to erase it?

Whomever manages the MDM would have to unenroll that device from the system in order for you to erase it. So you need to talk to your MDM administrator.

I don't believe you can remove an MDM profile without the knowledge of whomever put it there.
