Where else besides where, Apple? For the cost f an iPhone Xr, I would not take it anywhere but Apple, since having a 3rd party repair do it voids your warranty. You can take it anywhere you wish, just understand the circumstances.

The warranty does not cover broken glass, however Apple Care Plus would have reduced the cost. However, still not a good idea to get it fixed elsewhere.
