Apple Music

I have never used Apple Music in my entire life, yet I just was charged a subscription fee for a number of months.

How do I request a refund, I have cancelled the subscription, and it looks as though music was purchased but not by me.

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
