MACOS INSTALLATION PROBLEM
I was updating the laptop, after restarting screen not opening.

What exact Mac/model/ year/ size/ retina/ touchbar ?
What macOS were you running, what macOS did you try upgrade to ?
Boot into Recovery (Command R) and from the dropdown menu: Utilities> Disk Utility> run the First Aid on your Macintosh HD. If errors are found and repaired, run again until no errors reported.

Restart as normal and test
