I got a new iphone xs max form apple store and open its package, but due to personal issue, i want return it. Can I get a full refund ?? its timeline within 14 days.

If you bought it directly from Apple and it was less than 14 days ago, take it, the box and everything in it, and your receipt to the store for a return and refund.
