Wondering whether this is a good value. Trying to get off Windows 10 on an old Lenovo Z570 with 960 GB SSD storage upgrade. Have aniMac but is slow for some tasks - mostly photo and video related. Like the convenience of a laptop. Have iPad but interface is too smartphone-ish for an old man used to multitasking on a screen with different windows.

That is probably either a 2015 or 2017 model. As I stated, the model number they list is NOT a valid Apple model number.
Given the price, I'm going to guess it's a 2015 model, possibly a refurb.
Personally, I wouldn't buy it from them.
