The following screenshot is from the Akamai community discussion board that I can't get to load for whatever reason:

The Terminal commands as written don't make any sense and will fail if you tried them. There appear to be two separate items to remove, and you don't even have to use Terminal to do that. Those two items are as follows:

this file:

~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/OctoshapeWeb.plugin

and this folder:

~/Library/Octoshape

Use the Finder and drag them to the Trash.

"Octoshape" is a content delivery service: https://www.akamai.com/us/en/about/news/press/2015-press/akamai-acquires-octoshape.jsp

Lots of services deliver content and your Mac does not require additional software to receive it. If you want to get rid of "Octoshape" you don't need to install anything to do that either. I discourage installing things to get rid of other things lest that result in a need to uninstall the uninstaller.

Refer to the following Discussion: "InfiniteHD"? If you have questions please reply to this one, not that one.

In that Discussion you will find a link that refers to an Akamai community discussion board that just redirects several times and does nothing. See what I mean? Don't download its uninstaller, for the same reasons. Otherwise, the manual removal technique quoted by Old Toad makes sense to me. Determine if your Mac already has an uninstaller at path ~/Library/Octoshape and if it does, use it.

Read the other links in that Discussion too.

Back up your Mac prior to making any changes to its file system. To learn how to use Time Machine please read Back up your files with Time Machine on Mac.
