I’m trying to do the family share thing with my daughter but all my contacts, calls an texts end up on her phone

I have just made the switch from Android to Apple. That being said, I’m lost as last year’s Easter egg. I have a younger daughter with a new iPhone as well. I’m trying to do the family share thing with her phone but all my contacts, calls an texts end up on her phone as well. How can I change or stop this from happening?
