Apple Wallet Cannot Edit Cards

I have a bunch of apple gift cards. I was able to add one of them to my wallet app by scrolling down and editing passes. I’m not able to scroll down in the app to edit passes any more. Card is white with an apple in front. Not an iTunes card.
