How Do I submit my podcasts
Im already podcasting on 7 platforms how can I get those podcasts on iTunes? Im on Anchor google spotify etc.

You need a feed - presumably you already have one - which you then submit to iTunes. The process is described in my 'get you started' page on podcasting:

Be cautious about Anchor. As I understand it they can create a feed but they submit it under their own Apple ID, not yours, meaning that you don't have access to Podcasts Connect - in effect it's their feed not yours. I don't know the details about them, but it's something you should check.
