MacBook Air 2015 Motherboard issue

HI All,

I bought MacBook Air @ Dec 2015 for learning swift purpose. But after 2 years from limited usage in my spare time, The Mac not power on, I went to authorized re seller in my Country and he told me it is issue in Motherboard power, and the whole motherboard needs a replace which cost me 700$ or more.

I asked him if something not normal happened from my side and he said no. I contacted Apple Customer service by phone and till now I have no response from them.

Can anybody help me what shall I do. The Mac motherboard damaged after two years from limited usage I never have this issue in any of my personal laptops I tried 3 different brand no one had an issue in the motherboard.

I need to escalate the issue to Apple US support team, but I don't have direct mail to them Just Call customer service which till now leads to nothing.
