On page 2 of the English version:

"The Apple Software contains sample content including but not limited to graphics, audio clips, video clips and/or templates (“Sample Content”). This Sample Content is proprietary to Apple and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. Except as otherwise provided, all Sample Content included in the Apple Software may be used on a royalty-free basis in your own video projects but may not be distributed on a standalone basis."

We aren't lawyers so we will let you make of that what you will.

Copyright law is complicated. There could be problems with commercial use.

To view the license agreement for iMovie 10, open iMovie and in the iMovie main menu click on iMovie/About iMovie/License Agreement. Paragraphs 2A, 2F, and 2G are of particular note.

Note, there is a distinction between "standalone" and incorporation of features in a video. I interpret this as Apple not wanting you to distribute a CD made up of iMovie sound clips.

Note, what you can do may depend upon the version of iMovie you are using.
