MacBook - Printing in Color

I recently downloaded High Sierra to my computer and also changed my browser to Google Chrome. Now for some reason I can not print in color. It is not my printer since I have performed all the tests on it and the test sheet is printing color. Have any of you experienced this problem? If so, I would love to hear if you found the solution. Thank you

Print Issue I have a Macbook Air, running Mojave 10.14.2. I am running Chrome Version 75.0.3770.142. My printing issue only concerns google, that is, when I try to print gmail, google docs etc. I have no issue when I try to print Mac Pages, for example. The issue is that the Print Dialogue screen is completely grayed out. The grayed out print destination field is frozen to a another printer in our home that doesn't even show up on System Preferences > Printers and Scanners. On the Print Dialogue screen, I can still print if I choose the "print using system dialogue" option. See image for details. Anyone got any ideas?

Preview app printing black rectangles Hello, I've been printing a lot of stuff for work today and suddenly the preview app has begun to print black rectangles instead of the images (see right hand side of image below). It was printing fine earlier today, even from the same document I'm trying to print from. Currently the work around is to open the document in Adobe and print the document as an image but this is not permitting me to change the colour settings. I'm using macOS Mojave version 10.14.6

Color Printing My new IMac isn't printing in color - I have installed and reinstalled my printer (HP8715) and can't get it to print in color. The printer itself works / prints in color. Any Suggestions? I am using mac OS Monterey - thanks

Remove and re-add the printer.

If that fails, look for an updated printer driver from the printer vendor, and load that.

Your response is right on point! I chatted with an Apple Rep after I posted the question and he had me go through the process of removing and re-adding the printer. Worked like a charm and I can print in color. Thank you so much for your response.
