iWatch + iPhone

When iphone is locked, iwatch vibrates during the call and messages receiving, at this time iphone is silent. But recently iphone started to vibrate during the calls together with iwatch. how to repair it?

I'm not sure there is anything to repair. My iPhone and watch both alert to incoming calls even when the iPhone is locked, they have always done this and it is the action which most users would expect. I suspect either you have changed a setting back to the default alerting and notification, or maybe a bug was fixed in the last software update.
