APPLE ID LOCKED

When I try to recover my apple id or unlock it, it wont give me the " answer security questions" option, just an email confirm which I don't use it anymore, should I wait till the option get back or what ?

How can I unlock my Apple ID when I don't recall the answers to my security questions? So my original apple id is locked for security reasons.it takes me to a place where i can unlock my account by either sending an email to that locked apple id or i could answer the security question. I dont remember the security question at all and ive seen some videos where it tells the person to add their phone number but that option NEVER comes for me . i need some help how else can i recover my apple id ? How can I unlock my apple ID? My apple ID is locked. I can not unlock it even tho I changed the password. It gives me 2 options to unlock. ONE: by Email. When I select it, which I dont receive any emails. TWO: Answer Security Question, I answer correct but it says incorrect.

AppleID Locke for security reasons. I have an appleID locked for security reasons. Once I try to sign in am not getting an access as it requires me to remember my security question which I don't remember. The second option is through the email. Once I need to recover my account apple sends recovery email to the locked account which I have no access. Anyone with means to troubleshoot this issue please. I have apple products but I can't use them because of this problem. Anyone who knows how to work with this issue please assist.
