Is this notice bogus?

I received notification of a purchase supposedly from Apple that I did not make. I checked all of my credit cards and confirmed no such charge was made. This is the second such notice. The email comes from the following:


administrtor-apps-itunes003@securejcloud.co


Is this fraudulent?

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
