When playing movies or shows ghost images appear on the screen after a period of time. To remove the ghost images the TV NEEDS to be turned off and then back on. The TV IS A Phillips tv and will also power off on its own only while using the Apple TV. Any ideas on how to stop these two problems?

To fix the tv turning off:
In settings- Remotes and Devices- control TVs and Receivers - turn this to OFF.
As for the ghost, I don’t know, if it’s only affecting your Apple TV, try restarting it.
You may also want to see if there are any updates for the TV and try a hard reboot by disconnecting from power and then reconnecting.
