Mine is doing the same called my carrier it’s nothing they can do about it. Called Apple and I have to get a replacement phone at a apple retail store and they are going to fix my phone it’s with all iPhones 7 and below it’s a recall

I just called apple told them what my phone is doing (no service ) you can’t use your phone. And ask can they set up an appointment at your nearest Apple store. And go thru the process with them. They should email you your appointment time and your case number is on there. I just got my loaner phone today which I’m using. My phone got shipped off to get fix
