There was an accidental charge from Roblox through apple for .99 cents (x2) can you please cancel those changes

No we can't, we are fellow users and obviously can't cancel purchases.
Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
