Setting up roadrunner email

I am trying to re-set up my roadrunner email account but I can’t remember my password or the security question that I am asked! How can I set this up on my iPad Pro and iPhone 7?

Security question I work in a Childrens Home and when trying to use the homes email it has been previously set up some time ago by someone who used to work here. I have reset and changed the password but I cannot get passed the security questions can anyone help.

how do you change your email address in Itunes without being able to remember the security questions? it wants to send a code to my son's Ipod that we no longer have how to change your email on your ITunes account, I don't remember the security question answers and it wants to send the code for changing the security questions to my son's Ipod that is no longer working! it's just going in circles.

Click or tap on Forgot your password link. It should take you to rr.com website (that's road runner).
