my face has cracked in a few places due to dropping it, can it be replaced is a iwatch 4

Hi yes it can be replaced but it will cost a lot of money. As usual with retail the newer it is the more money it is to repair.
It is doable yourself if you search the net there are lots of tutorials depending how handy you are! ( it is very fiddly.)
If it is still working can you live with the crack or is it really smashed up, I would say a repair shop would exceed £200.
Is there difference? Because in the uk you get 2 replacements with Apple care.
Do you have Apple care? As you can get it fix for a reduced fee. As for using an unauthorised dealer to fix it I personally wouldn’t. As it could do more damage then fix.
AppleCare + will allow it for a deductible fee, AppleCare will not.
Yes there is, some locations in the world do not offer AppleCare + so you can only buy the warranty extension AppleCare but not the accidental damage.

Not sure but I don't believe that you can get AppleCare without the "+" for the watch.
