Hart rear context

In health app, to the Herat Rate Data in the watch log he have one line call "Heart Rate Context" in sample details, some times have background, in other recorded data have Sedentary,and other recorded ECG also sometimes my heart rate its drop down tell half for second after go up normal like for 90 to 40 again up to 90 as the picture i want know waht´s the diference?
