My camera on my Macbook pro has stopped working in all apps and the green light never comes on. I have tried putting sudo killall AppleCameraAssistant;sudo killall VDCAssistant into terminal and restarting my Mac but nothing works. On facetime it says no camera available to use facetime connect a camera. What should I do?

Try an SMC reset & PRAM reset.
Run the Apple Diagnostic.
Can you see the camera in the Apple System Profiler under the USB section? If not, check to make sure the driver is loaded or boot an external drive with a known good copy of macOS, otherwise it appears to be a hardware failure of some sort.
