The operation couldn’t be completed. (AMRestoreErrorDomain error 9 - Failed to receive message from device) [AMRestoreErrorDomain – 0x9 (9)]

I have iPhone 6s suddenly it showing white background with black colour Apple logo, Trying to restore it with iTunes connect and Apple Configuration am getting the error message says like

iOS cannot be restore on this iPhone

The operation couldn’t be completed. (AMRestoreErrorDomain error 9 - Failed to receive message from device) [AMRestoreErrorDomain – 0x9 (9)]

Could anyone you please help me how to fix this.

Also I have tried with Apple Configuration 2, while restoring the device It's trying to update iOS and stuck up in the installation process.

I am not sure why it's happened suddenly

First, I'm hoping that it's never been jailbroke. That being the case, that message confuses me. Have you tried a second time?

Yeah it's not a jailbroke, I have tried multiple times every time got the same message.

I have never seen anything like that message and it certainly does not seem to be good news for you. You should make an appointment and take it to an Apple Store for evaluation/resolution.
