Apparent pending payment

Hello I keep getting alerts that my preorders are ready whenever I download music on my Apple Music and now every time I got to download a free app I apparently have pending payments however I’m unsure of what these pending payments are as I have not purchased anything. I will refuse to enter my card details or pay for anything due to the fact that I have nothing to pay for. I request all these items on my account be removed and I should also be refunded for my latest app purchase the mirror LGTV application because it is a fraudulent application and is false advertising.
