How to fix an unresponsive iphone 6 home screen

Hi! I have an iPhone 6 that won't let me press certain buttons on the bottom half of my phone. (basically it is unresponsive to my touch.) i have tried holding the home and power button multiple times, and it still won't work. My phone does have crack, which could be why it won't work, but it has been working, even with the crack, for the past months.

I really do not know what to do. I have tried looking at youtube videos or searching it up and I still am clueless. Do I have to get a screen replacement in order to fix this issue?

Someone PLEASE help ME. I literally BEG you.

Use a cable to connect it to your computer or your Windoze thing and restore it.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, make an appointment with the closest Apple Store and take it in for investigation/resolution.

Hi! Thank you so so much for responding.

By 'Restore it,' do you mean update it or like restore it so all my pictures and apps are deleted?

Also, do you know if I delete all my pictures off my phone, will it still be on my icloud?

The Restore will wipe out everything. That's why the procedure that I posted recommends doing a backup first.
