Tried everything phone has icloud activation lock

Is it locked to your account?

Then just enter the password for your Apple ID.

Forgot your password? Head here: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If you can't recover your password for whatever reason and you are the original owner of this phone (you bought it, you activated it with your Apple ID), then Contact Support and ask them to remove the Activation Lock.
