Purchase

I’m unable to purchase anything through my games. It says to contact www. Apple. Com/support/iTunes/ww and I don’t understand why. I had previously bought a game package ten minutes earlier and it went through. Now, I’m unable to purchase any other packages and I know I have money in my account to do so.
