Apple Pay cash - transferring and paying in store

Does anyone else have a problem with transferring money into their bank account? Whenever I try to transfer my Apple Pay cash into my bank account it says the routing number is incorrect when I have double checked so many times. Also, I’ve had to put so many things back in stores because when I pay with my Apple Pay cash card on my screen it says approved and then the cashier says it was declined. How can I fix these?
