I was trying to purchase something on Clash Of Clans with my credit card but it kept sending an error message so I put the money into my App Store and tried buying it with that money but it keeps sending an error message to contact iTunes I don’t know how to make this work

If you haven't already done so do as instructed and contact iTunes Support (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
