Apple Push Certificate

I renewed our apple push notification certificate in the server app (Services->Profile Manager->Configure(Device communication push notification certificate)

The certificate says it expires on 28th February 2020, but since renewing this, communications to the ipads has stopped.

I logged into the certificates portal, and it shows the following:

mdm.afos.com.au - apns:com.apple.mgmt Feb 27, 2020 Active

Not sure what i have done wrong/and how to fix it :/

Mac mini, macOS 10.14
