Unmerge iCloud accounts?

We got two new iPhone Xr phones. At the store, both phones were set up with Person A's Apple ID.

In trying to convert the second phone to Person B's Apple ID, we told phone to MERGE accounts.

Queston: can we "unmerge" ? Currently, the calendars, contacts, and photos of both A & B are on

person B's new iPhone Xr.

Thanks, knowledgeable people!

No, you cannot "unmerge".

You need to wipe Person B iPhone clean: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

After that setup it up using Person B Apple ID as new.
