I received an email that my 2 factor was authorized and another email for a $100 iTunes receipt, that I didn’t authorize. Can you please check into this? How do I cancel the $100 iTunes

If you use a credit card for payment, check with your bank to ensure the money was actually debited with your card.
For a refund, you will need to contact Apple Support (https://support.apple.com/en-gb)
