Arrow keys and backspace key not working

Ummm... I think you are confusing either operating systems, or programs.

This support area is for the iWork suites Numbers Spreadsheet program made by Apple. The program only runs on Macs, not Windows 10.

Can you please clarify if you are using a mac, if so versions of operating system and software please.

If this is not for a mac, then the program must be something other than iWork, which would most likely be microsoft Office. there are other resources online like this one for MS Office related questions.

I don't use the web version either but do often refer users to it when they are using older OS & iWork version on their Macs & have a file that was saved on a newer version or iOS device.

It's not unusual to get questions for the specific iWork apps for iOS in the "…for Mac" forums since there is only a generic iWork for iOS forum, not forums for the individual apps. The same applies to iWork for iCloud. The iWork for iOS forum often gets general iWork for Mac questions as the reverse is true - no generic iWork for Mac forum. I usually ask for those questions to be moved to Pages for Mac as it would get more traffic although lately it seems Numbers for Mac gets more.

Because of this confusion I have asked the hosts for years to add these forums & have been met with the usual "we'll look into it" or the more common no response at all.

Are you using iWork for iCloud in a web browser on your Windows PC?

Good catch Peggy, i never use the web version, didn't even occur to me.

if the OP answer is yes we can ask this get moved to the iwork for icloud area. Maybe someone over there can help.
